Together for over 30 years, we have long dreamed of working side by side and are thrilled to finally open our family business - although we had no idea it would be a food cart in NE Portland - our those who know us are not at all suprised that it's a barbecue business!
Owner, operator and Pitmaster, Brian spent 15 years as GM for a private outdoor gun range in California before making the move to operate a barbecue food cart in Oregon. Brian combines a strong work ethic developed in the Navy, a heightened attention to detail from the range, with a passion for smoking meats to make Bark-B-Que some of the best barbecue in the area...
When she's not working the cart, Avis is either working her other job, as a private chef, or walking her 12-year old puppy, Mocha. She is responsible for the sauces, dressings, pickles and side dish recipes.
Seasoned Chef and Assistant Pitmaster, Osber brings worldly expertise (he speaks 7 languages!) to the preparation of Bark-B-Que dishes and a passion for exceptional service.
Although our Brisket Burrito is well-known for being a fast and hearty choice, our BBQ food cart is more than just quick-service, it's where you can find REAL FOOD (nothing processed) at a REAL VALUE.

Barkalicious BBQ BRISKET slow smoked and served on toasted sourdough bread smeared with our onion jam along with pickled onions and poblano peppers
